About the Olympia Center For DBT
The Center opened in October of 2006 and began its first groups in November. The center is located in Olympia and all of the groups skills are done on site. The DBT Skills groups are run by Beth Rogers, Lindsey Waite, Heather Campbell, Stacy Schilter, Nancy Murphy, and Tracy Kenela. The Center’s mission is to provide quality DBT skills training groups, individual DBT therapy, client phone consultation and weekly consultation groups in accordance with the guidelines set out by Behavior Tech, the company founded by Marsha Linehan to provide DBT training. The goal of the Olympia Center is to provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy in accordance to the model developed by Dr. Linehan. We are currently receiving supervision from Dr. Sherri Manning, President and CEO of Behavioral Tech.
